Homemade lefse is made here on my farm from real potatoes. I sell it at the Grand Rapids Farmers Market in Grand Rapids MN.  I also sell it from home or to people in my local area by special order.

Not only is Traditional potato lefse made, but a flavored Heretical lefse is made. Some of the flavors are Cardamom, Cayenne, Chipotle, Cinnamon, Curry, Garlic, and Tandoori Masala. Other flavors can be made by special order.

Minnesota Cottage Foods law requires that they must be delivered directly to the ultimate consumer by the individual that prepared the food product.

Lefse is normally rolled into 10″ rounds with 5 rounds per package. Other sizes and quantities can be made by special order.
